Online registration

1. Registration fee should be sent by bank transfer no later than April 1, 2005. Please indicate "RLA Conference 2005" and your name and affiliation on all bank transfers. All participants who would like to make company presentations should pay extra money 30 Euro for each presentation .

2. Visa Support
   All those participants who need visa support (30 USD per person) should make their registration up to 23d of March.

3. Conference refunds including conference fees and presentation's payment will be granted if written cancellation notice is received by the RLA Headquarters no later than April 20, 2005. Refunds will not be granted after this date.

4. Check-out time in hotels in St. Petersburg - 12 A.M.

   Hotel apartments will be reserved in accordance with your applications on-line through MONOMAX company (RLA web-sight). Your applications should be di-rected to MONOMAX company

   The 15th of April is a deadline for guaranteed applications. After this date all applications are not guaranteed with hotel reservations.

   The hotel should be paid in advance before the 20th of April 2005.
   By cancellation of the reserved rooms up to this date the whole sum should be reimbursed for participant. By cancellation in the later period or in the case of not-arrival at the fixed date the total sum with some deducts will be reimbursed with the one day prize deduct.
   Dates of arrival: May 23 and departure: May 28, 2005.
   Main Conference events: May 24-27, 2005.
   Excursions: May 23 and May 28, 2005.
