Targets and aims:
Target: Development and creation of the system of professional and social support of young librarians.
aims:
· Help in forming and saving personnel resources of the field.
· Stimulation of creative search of young librarians, help in their formation as scientists and specialist of high qualification.
Priority:
"Creative activity of young":
* organization of All-Russian professional competition of young scientists and specialists;
* organization scientific practical conferences on common and special problems of young scientists and specialists, also of independent youth conferences on different problems of librarians' work;
*initiatin young librarians' participation in scientific and practical conferences, competitions and other library arangements, including arrangements of the Fund and RLA;
*help in editing the best works of young specialists in professional editions (materials of competitions and conferences are to be published);
*giving grants for realization of ideas and projects.
"Professional skills of young specialists":
*organizatin of probation periods acquainting visits to libraries and institutes in Russia and abroad;
*giving consultations in professional sphere;
*granting students and post-graduate students of cultural institutes.
"Social support":
*initiating of young librarians' participation in forming normative base of the field, with the aims of registration of their interests;
*juridical protection of young specialists.
"Informational and resource support of educational structure and the whole field":
*philanthropic acquisition of educational and scientific libraries of institutes and other educational organizations with professional and general literature;
*support of those libraries with computers and îðãòåõíèêà without compensation, also other forms of patronage.
