THE EXHIBITION OF PUBLISHERS’ PRODUCE, NEW INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The Russian Library Association invites publishers, book traders, institutions and companies concerned with the information activities, producers of goods and services mainly oriented for libraries, to take part in the exhibition to be held May 18 - 20, 2009 in Vologda, Russia. Library top managers and experts from Russia and foreign countries are expected to attend this event.
The participants of the Exhibition will have a chance to take part in the plenary sessions of Russian Library Association Conference, in the meetings of its sections and round table discussions on the library issues of current importance, including the problems of library development and acquisition, their modernization and re-equipment. The participants will be given an opportunity to hold a presentation of their companies.

The terms of the participation in the Exhibition
1. Where and when:
Vologda, Exhibition Center “Russian House”, 25/2 Pushkinskaya St.
May 18-20, 2009
Exhibition working hours: May 18-20, from 10.00 to 18.00 each day.
Stand assembling could be started on May 17, from 15.00 to 18.00, stand disassembling - only after the Exhibition closing, that is at 18.00, May 20, 2009.
The official opening of the Exhibition is at 15.00-15.30, May 18.
May 19-20 – The Exhibition is open for the public at large.
2. Registration and terms of participation in the Exhibition:
An organization intending to take part in the Exhibition is supposed to send filled in forms to the address of the Organizing Committee:

Applications are taken by fax, e-mail (Word, RTF), or by post. To be included in the Catalogue the application should be sent not later than March 10, 2009. The copy of the payment order should be delivered not later than April 20, 2009. After that deadline the payment could be made only in cash (in Vologda). Those applicants who don’t pay for the participation are not admitted. In case of application withdrawal after April 20, 2009 the payment transferred is not returned. The application for the participation in the Exhibition is a contract whereby contracting parties accept the terms of participation in the Exhibition of publishers’ produce, new information technologies, products and services, held within the frames of Russian Library Association Conference.
3. Exposition stands, equipment, services:
The Exhibition space is rented to the participant for the whole period of the Exhibition.
The location of stands is determined according to the time of application entry. The priority is given to those participants, who are among the first to apply. The participants are provided with stands, furniture and other equipment according to application paid. The equipment is supposed to be used after the agreement with the Organizing Committee of Russian Library Association Annual Conference. The participants execute the get-up of stands according to their choice.
During non-working hours safety service of the Organizing Committee secure safety to all exhibits. During working hours the safety of exhibits and fire safety is provided by the exhibitors.
Exhibition areas that are not occupied by the participants by the time of the exhibition opening are regarded as unoccupied and placed at the disposal of the Russian Library Association Conference Organizing Committee. In that case the participant doesn’t get any refund.
